The biggest challenge in today’s world seems a struggle how to live peacefully together in different settings and structures. Art of Living Together is not always easy to master. We are carring in our hearts a dream to come together each year for one week around Eastern (this will be already 5th time!) to sharpen our abilities of living together so that we can bring our experiences and skills back to our everyday lives.

PRACTICE THE PRINCIPLES OF NVC!

Our intention within these seven days is to create an intensive experiment and experience of how relationships work. We want to live in a community where we explore what can be created when people value connection and honesty, and learn tools that can help us in living these values.

Come and let’s experiment together how can we create an environment where trust and honesty, even around painful issues, are valued and your needs are as important as everyone’s else’s!

Our aim is to offer you and ourselves possibility for personal growth through deepening Noviolent Communication skills and enjoyable treatments to our soul and body in Spa Hotel Fra Mare and at surrounding seaside.

Topics in this experimental week include the spiritual foundation of NVC, living NVC within ourselves, in our relationships, and in the world, working with intimate relationships, anger, guilt, shame, money issues, scarcity thinking and much more. All participants are welcome to offer sessions on topics that are mostly valuable for themselves.

HOW WILL WE WORK?

The format includes presentations, discussions, exercises, sharings, small groups, simulations, informal practices during meals, sauna, pool, walks etc. Lots of skillpractice, experiential learning, empathy groups, openness around budget of event, money issues etc.

WHO WOULD BENEFIT?

  • People who have basic knowledge of the NVC process (the more experience you already have, the more valuable your week might be).
  • People who wish to broaden and deepen their nonviolent communication skills.
  • People who value walking their talk – living what they are valuing and believing in.
  • People wishing to take a step toward becoming certified NVC trainers.

Let’s experiment, live, learn, play and enjoy together!

VENUE:

NB! The Spa Hotel Fra Mare is located in the homey and romantic town of Haapsalu, 100 km from Tallinn, Estonian Capital, International Airport and Harbour. The bluish sea mud, warm winds, small bays full of seaweed and streets running straight to the sea have attracted people eager to improve their health since the beginning of the previous century. Since Spa Hotel Fra Mare is located far from large cities everyone who wishes can enjoy peace and quiet, prerequisite for self work of any kind.

The Spa Hotel Fra Mare has newly built seawater swimming pool!

Come and test the unique seawater swimming pool in Estonia. Seawater - the basis of health and well-being!

The beginning of life is hidden in the sea and the essence of the sea is hidden in you. Over the years, the sea has attracted people as the endless view and salty breeze blowing from the sea clear one`s mind, create peace and calmness and have a healing influence. When one walks on the seashore and inhales the sea air, minerals are absorbed through the capillaries in one`s lungs directly into the bloodstream. Before antibiotics were discovered, people with respiratory disorders were always sent to seaside resorts. Seawater, which contains plankton, has the same amount of minerals and chemical elements as the plasma of a living cell.

ACCOMMODATION & FOOD OPTIONS:

Information coming!

CONTRIBUTIONS:

To support the experiment leaders in their work and living we would enjoy you to choose your contribution between 250 and 1000 EUR. (vahemikus 3900 - 15600 EEK)

Ressourses in todays world are very unequally distributed. We all know that there are people living not far away from us who can nearly cover their needs for very basic nurturance and shelter and others who can easily allow more „luxurious“ life conditions for themselves and their families.

If you choose to contribute the amount close to higher end of the sliding scale or even more than proposed - you will make it possible for those people to participate who might have less resourses to use in this period of their life.

We are asking you to contribute as much as you really are enjoying giving from your heart!

REGISTRATION & PAYMENT:

Please let us know about your participation by filling registration form on webpage http://friareliv.se/site/219.271.0.0.1.0.phtml latest by 20th February 2008.

Your place will be reserved when you have submitted your registration form and payed at least your accommodation & food until 20 of February 2008

You can choose to pay your participation fee via bank beforehand or at the venue when you arrive.

NB! If you have been registrated and you still choose not to participate in some reasons please let us know as soon as possible as this will affect our possibilities to make this event happen.

CERTIFICATES:

Participants will receive certificates by Center of Nonviolent Communication.
