I am very new to NVC - I have discovered it through a friend at the end of 2006 and I have had my ''initiation'' in January 2007 at '''The Barn'''.

Thanks to '''Vicky''' and her work at The Barn, I experienced a ''Foundation training in NVC'': what I thought was going to be an academical introduction to yet another phsychological theory, turned out to be an awakening experience in which we were guided and encouraged to ''live'' NVC in our own personal way.

Getting to know NVC has been like a a rediscovery of the true human nature. Something that you can instinctively tell it's already part of yourself and you need to bring back to its full ripeness, something that you can instantly perceive as ''good''.

It has been great to be able to share my experience at The Barn with other participants. We are all walking on a long, sometimes hard and intricated journey and it is nice to know that we are not on our own. I hope that the ''Barn Group'' will keep growing...
